You'll work directly with clients to develop and implement target operating models, lead technology selection processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve conducting strategic assessments, facilitating workshops, developing solution recommendations, and supporting implementation activities. You'll contribute to proposal development, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members. Working closely with Managers, you'll help shape digital strategies, enterprise architecture solutions, and change management approaches while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
What will make you successful in this role? 4+ years of consulting experience in technology transformation, digital strategy, or operational excellence Strong experience in target operating model design and implementation Demonstrated capability in technology selection and vendor evaluation processes Proven track record in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills Experience in proposal development and solution design Degree qualified in business, technology, engineering, or related field Certification in relevant frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, Agile, BPMN) highly regarded Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously Experience mentoring junior team members Highly desirable behaviours - High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring, and quality driven How to apply: Careers | Atturra
