Job Description: ATM Technician (Darwin)
Are you seeking a role where your passion, drive, and eagerness to learn are more important than prior experience?
ATM West is looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our expanding team as an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) Technician.
Based in Darwin, this role involves providing first-line maintenance through phone, chat portals, and email, as well as visiting various locations for onsite repairs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of ATMs across Northern NT, Far North West Australia, the Kimberley, and Arnhem Land.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line maintenance and customer support via phone, chat portals, or email.
Service and repair ATMs onsite across remote regions, including Darwin, Northern NT, Far North West Australia, the Kimberley, and Arnhem Land.
Recondition ATMs and ATM parts as needed.
Understand modem and cellular connections, including basic setup and troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support clients and internal teams.
Manage travel and repairs independently across various remote locations.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Ready for Adventure: You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to obtain a criminal history check.
Additionally, you should either demonstrate experience driving on unsealed roads or in outback conditions, or be prepared to undertake four-wheel drive training.
