SAIC is seeking experienced Information Technology (IT) based Service Integration oversight personnel (SETA role) to support a government customer. The successful applicant will exhibit flexibility in task execution, provide technical expertise on a variety of Systems Engineering topics [e.g., requirements (RFCs and RITMs), Maintenance Activities (MAs), service readiness (NSIS), verification and validation, etc.]. Candidates will oversee service provider continuity of efforts, demonstrate value-added judgment, and advise the government on IT service enhancement activities. The successful candidate will produce recommendations and deliverables in a thorough, practicable, and consistent manner congruent with the organization's strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate must be able to:
Proactively perform as an organized and dedicated change agent, core to ensuring quality assurance while assisting the culture shift toward standardized IT service deliveries.Serve as a primary customer interface for cross-functional technical and relationship management efforts that protect the baseline while maximizing service enhancement adoption.Operate proactively with ability to lead and execute project engagements without direct leadership oversight and/or participation.Provide technical reviews of proposed Requests for Change (RFCs), Maintenance Activities (MAs), and other site change efforts and offer site specific mission impact assessments.Conduct site surveys to better understand Power, Space, and Cooling concerns.Provide specific, detailed information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.Perform as key Technical Advisor for articulating service requirement gaps to support customer mission architecture.Educate consumers on current and upcoming IT service deliveries, changes, and potential impacts to existing capabilities.Qualifications: Bachelors in a STEM related field and five (5) years or more experience; Masters in STEM related field and three (3) years or more experience; Or ten or more years IT and IT Project Management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Clearance required to start and maintain: Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph.
