We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Atlassian JIRA Administrator.
As an Atlassian JIRA Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the JIRA platform, ensuring its stability and availability for teams to effectively manage their workflows and projects.
Requirements Proven hands-on experience in administering Atlassian JIRA in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
Strong knowledge of JIRA workflows, customizations, and configurations.
Experience in managing JIRA plugins and add-ons, such as JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-related issues and provide technical support to users.
Knowledge of JIRA best practices and industry standards.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Atlassian JIRA Administrator certification is a plus.
