Role The Athlete Development Program Administration role supports the delivery of our program across the five member schools in the following capacities:
Communications Publications Uniform management Equipment management Facility bookings Responsibilities Manage and supervise Breakfast Club (daily) Supervision and preparation of food and cleaning Coordinate and manage Physio Clinic (ongoing) Email copies to all ADP full time staff Email copy to ADP Squad Coach and Parents Physical copy to be filed Manage ADP Squad Attendances and follow up (guidelines to be created) Send monthly update to all ADP Year Level Coordinators Send monthly update to all ADP Squad Coaches Regular monitor and update Daily checks of storage areas Communicate issues, or potential issues with ADP Manager Media/Promotion- social media posts, promotional folders, photos in the Hub Only at the request of the ADP Manager and Year Level Coordinators Photography Administration (filing and management of ADP Athlete files - applications, processing, performance plans, progress checks, coach references, fitness assessments (data collection and distribution) ADP front of office (ADP Desk) - first point of call for athletes and parents' inquiries, answering phones etc. Must be tidied (daily) Assisting ADP Manager with delivery of ADP Programs and Events Facilitating the development of a student-athlete friendly foyer/classroom/kitchen area Filming technical class videos At the request of the Year Level Coordinators Videos are to be stored and accessible for ADP staff and students Who May Apply Individuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
