As an Assurance Partner, you'll work with the Risk and Assurance Lead to coordinate and conduct Goodstart's internal Assurance Program, working closely with stakeholders to ensure key controls are designed and operating effectively.

Your Impact: You'll play a vital role in enhancing Goodstart's internal control framework by operationalising our Assurance Program. You'll assess the effectiveness of key controls aligned with enterprise risks and business objectives. Collaborating with expert services, state leadership teams, and centres, you'll identify, document, and test controls to ensure compliance and manage risks effectively. Through desktop reviews and stakeholder enquiries, you'll provide evidence-based recommendations to optimise our controls and frameworks. You'll also maintain governance processes and deliver valuable insights through reporting.
