Assurance Officer - Upcoming OpportunitiesIdentify and document the gateway review process requirements for each project, including artefacts, documentation, and compliance criteria.Coordinate with project leads and other stakeholders to ensure the timely creation and submission of required artefacts.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Assurance Plan that aligns with both the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) governance requirements and the Department of Finance Gateway Process.Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to ensure compliance with gateway review requirements.Provide support and advice to project leads to ensure a consistent and proportionate approach to planning, implementation, and governance of activities.Facilitate regular control group meetings and work closely with policy divisions to negotiate timelines and other project-related matters.We are looking for strong candidates who have:Strong understanding of the Australian Government's Gateway Review Process and related governance frameworks.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.An active NV1 or higher security clearance.Experience in a similar assurance role.Familiarity with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) governance requirements.Education/QualificationsKnowledge gained through experience.If you are interested and consider yourself suitable for this role, please send your resume to the People Engagement Team at .#J-18808-Ljbffr
