Join our Joint Replacement division as an Associate Territory Manager, covering Metro and West.
In this role, you'll work with surgeons and healthcare teams to deliver state-of-the-art joint replacement solutions, with a special focus on robotics.
This role is a fantastic entry into medical device sales, with a clear path to becoming a Territory Manager.
You'll also benefit from a hiring manager with a proven track record of developing some of our top salespeople and others who have successfully transitioned into various roles across Stryker, including management, training, and marketing.

What You'll Do Drive sales growth and market share through customer engagement and education.
Provide clinical and technical expertise, particularly around robotic-assisted joint replacement technology.
Support surgeons in procedures, ensuring effective use of Stryker's advanced products.
Collaborate with the Territory Manager to create business plans and grow your territory.
Manage product inventory and troubleshoot any product issues.
What You'll Bring A background in allied health or a strong interest in medical device sales.
Technological savvy, with the ability to learn and apply new technology quickly, especially in robotics.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
