Based in Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of Partners across our national resources practice including our Mining Sector Leader Igor Bogdanich for a variety of clients including several of the world's largest mining companies and infrastructure investors. You will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.As an Associate or Senior Associate in our M&A – Mining & Resources team you will advise on:Acquisitions and divestments in the mining, energy and resources sectors, including infrastructure and energy transition-related assetsJoint ventures, JOAs, shareholders agreements and farm-in arrangementsMatters in the critical minerals space, e.g. lithium and copper, on Australian and offshore projectsOther commercial contracts in the sector, including commodity offtake agreementsThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
