Your responsibilities will include leading payroll system testing, creating and delivering effective training, conducting quality reviews, and building capabilities within the Payroll Operations team. This position involves developing and executing system testing and training plans to enhance the team's ability to provide exceptional customer service.Key responsibilities will include:• Lead testing for WFS Time & Attendance and ECP Payroll systems, ensure accuracy in payroll processes, including data validation and tax calculations.• Translate business needs into effective test cases.• Stay ahead with the latest SAP Payroll trends.• Assess and bridge training gaps within Payroll Operations team in consultation with the Payroll Operations Manager.• Creating and keeping payroll Work Instructions, documents and tools updated and reviewing quality to enhance training effectiveness.• Drive individual improvement plan while collaborating on innovations to boost efficiency.• Stay informed on legislative changes and best practices.What will you bring?You will excel in this role if you are a collaborative team player with advanced analytical skills.
