The team acts for a broad range of clients, including Commonwealth Departments and Agencies primarily in Public Law litigation. The matters span across Commonwealth employee compensation, military compensation & veterans' entitlements, and disability insurance access and planning matters under the NDIS. Working under the guidance of a distinguished Partner as part of a friendly and collegiate team, this position will see you primarily engaged in the day-to-day conduct of litigated matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.The work requires attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
