About the role An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commonwealth Government team in our busy Sydney office.
The team acts for a broad range of clients, including Commonwealth Departments and Agencies primarily in Public Law litigation.
The matters span across Commonwealth employee compensation, military compensation & veterans' entitlements, and disability insurance access and planning matters under the NDIS.
Working under the guidance of a distinguished Partner as part of a friendly and collegiate team, this position will see you primarily engaged in the day-to-day conduct of litigated matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
The work requires attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.

About you While general litigation experience will be highly regarded, it is your passion and enthusiasm for the law, and your genuine interest in developing in the Public Law space, that will see you be successful in this role.
