Job Title: Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer
Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
Remuneration Package: $150,506 - $167,941
Unit: Energy Development, Strategic Monitoring and Compliance Unit

This role will manage and facilitate effective regulation of the Petroleum Act 1984, Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981, Energy Pipelines Act 1981 and Geothermal Energy Act 2009 (collectively 'the Energy Legislation' in the Northern Territory).
As Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the regulatory framework, promote, facilitate, and assess compliance with the Energy Legislation, and support investigations into suspected breaches of the law.
