Associate / Senior Associate - CorporateWe are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a leading Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team in Sydney.
About the role:
This firm operates a flat structure which gives the successful candidate exposure to a number of different Partners within the corporate practice group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate in the corporate space with a focus on M&A and Equity Capital Markets in their Sydney office. In this role, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market across a range of sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, media and government.
About you: At least 3PQE in M&A and ECM matters ideally from a top tier, national or international firm;A desire to be involved in high quality public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work;The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously as well as the ability to effectively manage smaller matters as well as elements of larger matters concurrently.If you are an experienced corporate lawyer who is looking for the next step in their career, please reach out to Georgia Hawley for a confidential chat.
