The Role:

A highly reputable and established commercial law firm are looking for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join their high performing team in the handling and engagement of intricate legal matters. As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our Managing Partner and accomplished senior practitioners, guiding the development of our junior colleagues while advancing your own career.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Handling and progressing complex commercial litigation and insolvency cases. Continuously nurturing and expanding client and referrer relationships. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
About You:

We are seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. A background in commercial property would also be of benefit. You'll be an ideal fit for this role if you possess:
The capability to independently manage various complex litigation matters. Experience in leading a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge enduring relationships with colleagues, clients, and referrers. Previous experience supervising and mentoring junior practitioners and support staff. A pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving. A knack for networking and engaging in business development activities. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate within a close-knit team environment.
