Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a market leading Real Estate and Projects team on some of the most complex and challenging deals in the market? Our Perth team is growing and we have a number of opportunities at the associate level.
We are seeking individuals with:
experience in or the desire to work on the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
experience in or the desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets.
an understanding of all types of land tenure
experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
experience with commercial sales, purchases, leases, easements, options and licence agreements (among others)
experience conducting property due diligence
