The Associate Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape product direction, strategy, and the roadmap for key offerings for NowInfinity.
Drawing on data, customer insights, and in-depth industry expertise, this role will drive the development and enhancement of product features, ensuring world-class solutions for both internal and external customers.
What you'll do: Support the Product Manager to drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Support the Product Manager to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for delivery and final product development.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI for any new feature development, and planning and prioritisation within the roadmap.
Act as the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on all product queries relating to feature development and the roadmap and relay this information to internal and external parties as required.
Analyse market data to develop product strategies and define product objectives for effective go-to market launches.
Manage, groom, and prioritise escalated support requests (ESR) from the support team and backlogs.
Source internal and external customer feedback to facilitate product roadmap and prioritisation.
Support the Product Manager in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Class and its features across primary market segments.
What you need: Must have deep SME experience in the Class/NowInfinity product suite.
Industry and domain knowledge across finance, accounting, or wealth management.
3+ experience in accounting public practice or administrator servicing the wealth management industry such as SMSF or Portfolio Management.
2+ years of experience working within a software development environment or a B2B SaaS (software as a service).
Experience owning, prioritising, and leading a product backlog (desirable).
Proven experience collating customer feedback on products, and relaying this back where required internally.
Comfortable with methodologies, and outcome-based team goals.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor approach for relevant audiences to help influence outcomes.
Data-driven approach to drive product decisions and where they sit as part of the product roadmap.
