Salary: Level 3, $125,850 - $137,715 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2021)

We are seeking to establish a pool of Associate Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Suitable applicants will have a role in mentoring staff, supporting collaborative practices within the school; maintaining and implementing the school's instructional programs; and supporting the development of teacher pedagogy.
Having the ability to analyse student, teacher, and whole school performance to identify improvement processes will be highly regarded.
Strong data analysis skills are desired.
The ability to establish genuine, positive, and caring relationships with our students is paramount.
Knowledge, understanding, and experience in leading Positive Behaviour Support, Classroom Management Strategies (CMS), support of Students at Educational Risk (SAER), and Special Education Needs (SEN) planning.
Experience in leading whole school approaches to literacy and numeracy is highly regarded.
