- RN/M2ATemporary Full Time Contract (up to 18 October 2025) OverviewWe are excited to offer a fantastic leadership opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to support and guide the nursing and midwifery teams in Acute Services at Peterborough Soldiers Memorial Hospital.In this role, the Associate Nurse Unit Manager will collaborate closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure continuity and consistency of care across the unit.
You will play a key role in implementing practice changes and managing various responsibilities, including performance management, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, attendance oversight, and financial and supply planning and monitoring.
