Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses with sound experience in scrub/scout with a focus on ENT & Maxillofacial Surgery. You will assist our Perioperative Services Manager in the leadership and clinical support of the theatre team.Position Responsibilities:The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to the unit to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, and quality management of all patients.With the assistance and direction of the Peri-Operative Services Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.You will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.Northpark is a 127 bed facility with five operating theatres, Maternity, Surgical & Medical, and Mental Health Services.
