Our Community Residential Care Units (CRCU) provides 14 individual units all fully equipped and self-contained. CRCU is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Registered nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, safe clinical services in the Unit, ensuring the achievement of quality patient outcomes are in line with LRH clinical and customer service standards.Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, this role plays an important role in ensuring the existence of appropriate systems and processes to meet the CRCU team's Key Performance Indicators.The successful applicant will:Support the unit manager in the provision of dynamic and evidence-based clinical leadership and human and financial resource managementImplement and coordinate care delivery ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to policies and procedures that support the delivery of high standards of clinical practicesManage, coordinate, lead and assist in the development of the unit ensuring person-centred care and the achievement of a high standard of quality patient outcomesLead the unit in relation to implementing recovery-focused and non-punitive and non-coercive practices, including the reduction of seclusion and restraint practicesThis is an exciting opportunity to build and advance your career.
