Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at HFK Lawyers in Sydney, NSW in the Litigation Department.
The Associate Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.

HFK Lawyers is looking for an ambitious and experienced lawyer to join our leading commercial litigation law firm working with our market-leading team of exceptional lawyers.
This is an opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer to work with practitioners widely regarded for delivering exceptional quality work in premier litigation matters.
The successful candidate will have autonomy and client contact appropriate to experience and ability and exposure to a variety of matters.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.
Requirements
Ideal candidates for the role will have the following characteristics:
Solicitor with minimum 3+ years PQE
Experience in commercial litigation
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Experience in the areas of Building and Construction Law, and Defamation Law
