The Role We are seeking a permanent full-time Associate to join our expanding team. The role is based at our East Melbourne office, with flexible and remote working arrangements available.
The role will involve working with senior lawyers of the firm in providing legal advice and representation to employees in a range of employment law matters. The lawyer will be responsible for providing advice to clients, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, appearing regularly in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, managing files under supervision, and associated administrative work.
