This is a Nationally Revered Design studio, delivering High End Design focused developments with private and institutional developers across Australia.
Our client is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Interior Designer to join their prestigious studio in Melbourne.
This role will land as a Leader of design, leading an established team of Senior, Mid and Junior designers, running multiple projects, leading client engagement, managing financial budgeting and resourcing across the life of the project and being hands-on with software alongside the team.
Being the go-to Leader of High End Multi Residential projects, this role reports into the Director and works alongside an Associate Director.
Required:As a Senior Interior Designer, you will land as either Associate or Associate Director.
This individual will have a track record in design and delivery of high end multi residential projects.
Previous team leadership role, evidence of running projects from client engagement, design to delivery, understanding of project set up with regards to budgeting and finances.
Revit and Enscape expertise is required to hit the ground running from day one.
Projects will be Melbourne centric, however, have a growing portfolio of National projects.
This studio offers 1 day WFH, an internal mentor/mentee program, and social activities for the studio to bond.
