Responsibilities Supporting senior executives in the identification of infrastructure opportunities in new and existing sectorsContributing to the assessment of infrastructure opportunities and managing due diligence workstreams associated with transactionsAdopting an owner's mindset approach to the management of portfolio companies to drive value and innovation, including the identification and execution of value-add projectsPro-active management of portfolio companies (as part of a team) including attending board meetings, participating in strategic discussions and undertaking financial analysisPresenting to portfolio company boards, Investment Committees and other key stakeholders (both internal and external)Assessment of investment and infrastructure thematics and strategies for investment opportunitiesDetailed financial modelling, analysis and review, including valuationTransaction co-ordination and management of external advisersWHY US?We take the time to understand your unique needs and offer tailor-made solutions.
