The Associate Role: At L.E.K. Consulting, associates are pivotal to our strategic analysis. From the very outset, you'll take on significant responsibility and ownership of your assigned case. This involves gathering, analysing, and synthesising research and data to deliver tangible value and foster growth for the client. The role exposes you to various industries, providing insights into a broad spectrum of business operations.

Examples of work previous associates have done in their first few years have included:

Secondary research on the most prospective emissions reductions pathways for a major industrial producer Running an interview campaign looking to understand the impact of AI on the use of data centers Building a model in excel to evaluate how the renewable energy market is changing Developing an estimate of the market potential for an innovative emerging shared transport provider Completing analysis on the impact of changes in demographic trends on demand in a group of hospitals Secondary research to evaluate the competitive position of a portfolio of beverage brands Using advanced data & analytics to design interventions which will improve performance in a listed business Why join L.E.K.?
