Our national Environmental Planning and Approvals team work on a diverse range of resource, renewable energy, transport and infrastructure projects bringing innovative approaches to approvals strategy, impact assessment, cumulative assessments, as well as the communication of complex scientific matters.

Here's what you can expectYou'll join a leading team and leverage opportunities to work with our existing clients with a focus on project managing environmental impact assessments and approvals strategies across a range of sectors.With a steady flow of big projects, you'll have the choice and opportunity to work across different sectors including mining, energy, infrastructure, renewables, and transport.The opportunity to showcase and further develop your project management skills and to play a key role in the further development of our business in South Australia.You'll be supported by specialist teams across EMM and leaders who'll be there to help you to deliver and develop.Development in many ways; whether you learn best through structured development programs, mentoring or on the job with industry leaders, you'll have the support you need to grow.Satisfaction from inspiring and supporting other EMMers on their development journey.The autonomy, flexibility, and support you need to balance all aspects of your life.With offices across Australia; you'll be able to flex and enjoy hybrid working at its best.Here's what you'll bring to have impactA minimum of 8 years' experience in environmental management, assessments, approvals, auditing, and monitoring.A solid knowledge of and experience in the Western Australia planning system and Commonwealth legislation.Experience in the delivery of EIA projects across mining, energy, and infrastructure.Project management skills that have helped you achieve high-quality delivery outcomes for approvals.Highly developed research, analysis, and report writing skills.Respect – you listen and understand others' views and work together to create opportunities for all.Integrity - you do what is right for your stakeholders to deliver what is true as opposed to popular.Humility - you understand the strength of humility and that no one is bigger than the team.Our goal is to build a team of EMMers that looks like the world around us — and we want EMMers to stay and grow.
