Driver Assistance Representative es parte de un equipo con enfoque en atención a clientes (Conductores de vehículos). Responsable de la resolución de los requerimientos de Usuarios durante un primer contacto preferentemente, siempre regido bajo estándares de calidad en excelencia en el servicio.
Principales funciones Responder en tiempo y forma los requerimientos de los Conductores de Vehículos y clientes internos en relación a Mantenimiento, Seguros, Gestorías, Adquisición de Vehículos (remarketing) y/o cualquier interrogante operativa vía telefónica. Registro de solicitudes de los Conductores en el sistema CRM para un seguimiento puntual y proactivo de las peticiones. Proveer de una Guía en procesos de Element y ubicación de centros de servicio a los Conductores en los contactos con el Centro de Contacto Telefónico. Proveer de una Guía Técnica Automotriz Básica a los Conductores en los contactos con el Centro de Contacto Telefónico. Seguimiento de casos especiales y a la medida de clientes estratégicos. Educación y Experiencia Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida o Trunca, preferentemente en Admin. De Empresas, Industria de la hospitalidad, Ingeniería Mecánica o Automotriz. Deseable pero no mandatorio: Bilingüe. Al menos 1 año de experiencia en Servicio a Clientes. Conocimientos y Competencias Excelente Comunicación verbal y escrita. Enfoque a Clientes y Organización. Fuerte seguimiento a tareas y rápido aprendizaje. Sentido de urgencia y priorización. Actitud de servicio y trabajo en equipo.
