Job Description - Associate: Disputes (240001E5)The opportunityAre you ready to make your mark as part of the Commercial Litigation Practice in our Melbourne office?As a Senior Associate, you will have good judgment, excellent analytical skills and broad subject matter experience across construction, regulatory issues (especially ACCC, ASIC and AER), private international law, public international law, corporate and other commercial issues. As well as guiding clients through their most complex and significant litigation challenges, we also help them steer clear of disputes, by developing and implementing risk management and compliance measures.
