About the Company:
My client is a leading consultancy in the planning and infrastructure sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for a range of projects, including residential developments, mixed-use sites, data centres, airports, and major infrastructure initiatives. They are seeking an experienced Associate Director Town Planner to join their National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team.
Key Responsibilities as an Associate Director Town Planner:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Direct and mentor junior town planners, fostering their professional growth. Contribute to business planning and lead Chair Planning Meetings, influencing operational discussions. Prepare fee proposals and support tender submissions. Engage in Local Plan consultations, represent the company at Local Plan Examinations, and assist with appeal coordination. Oversee projects of varying sizes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualified MRTPI or relevant discipline. Extensive experience in large energy and infrastructure projects, including Environmental Impact Assessments. Proven track record in delivering sustainable and commercially viable consultancy services. Strong financial and project management skills. Excellent communication and influencing abilities to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Successful Associate Director Town Planner Will Receive:
