A large corporate with a boutique feel. They pride themselves in providing a consultative approach to their clients as opposed to the transactional approach that many of their competitors undertake.

The Role:

Hands on Billing Senior Manger role
Manage an existing team of up to 4 consultants.
Build the team towards its 2022 size of 8-10 consultants.
Run your own desk leverage the many existing relationships, recruiting in either a Perm or Contract capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and build back this successful Technology team

The Person:

6-8 years+ Agency based recruitment experience
Extensive IT recruitment sector experience
Track record of successful billings in either Perm and/or Contract
Previous management experience essential - minimum 3 years experience managing a team of 8 or more consultants
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate 482 Visa and relocation package is available if coming from overseas.
