The Associate Director, Student Lifecycle & Delivery Services is an integral leadership role within RMIT's College of Vocational Education (CoVE). This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a well-functioning unit, delivering essential student services and operational support while leading strategic improvements in operations, processes, and service delivery.
As the successful candidate, you will work closely with CoVE's broader Executive and Leadership Team to identify and deliver strategic opportunities that enhance the student and staff experience. You will lead a team of student services professionals, ensuring high-quality student lifecycle and delivery services across a variety of campuses. This role is pivotal in fostering a service culture while driving continuous improvement across multi-year horizons.
You will play a key role in the College's strategic initiatives, including the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and the successful delivery of services aligned with RMIT's broader systems and goals.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
A track record of leading comparable teams in size and nature with a strong focus on student service and experience. Demonstrable experience in identifying, designing, and delivering service improvements based on data-driven insights and innovative approaches to service delivery. We seek a forward-thinking, strategically minded candidate with a track record of contributing to organizational strategy and goals. Candidates must demonstrate success working in matrix structures and collaborating with colleagues and leaders across the organization. A strong understanding of tertiary education sector including relevant governance and regulatory requirements and frameworks. Qualifications:
A relevant qualification and experience relative to the key selection criteria outlined in the attached position description.
