The Associate Director oversees all APAC GP Professional Marketing efforts. The individual will plan and coordinate critical processes related to business planning, strategic marketing plans and product relevant for GP channel, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. The Associate Director reports to the Professional Marketing Director, GP channel. The incumbent will meet regularly with commercial leadership to establish direction and priorities, and goals and targeted objectives, participate in KOL management, strategic planning, Traditional and Digital Marketing Communications, and partner with the Local Marketing teams to deliver channel objectives and forecasts. The incumbent is responsible for sales forecasting, customer targeting, channel business performance and delivery of professional campaigns. The Associate Director works with regional cross functional teams from Product, Clinical, Professional Marketing Communications and Sales Excellence teams to establish strategic direction, set priorities, and deliverables for the channel. The incumbent will be responsible for commercializing and managing Align's treatment planning service and require in-depth knowledge of the system and service, working to optimize over time. They must also have a customer-centric mindset, with proven leadership skills to influence and focus cross-functional teams on the right treatment planning initiatives that will drive business results.

Develop business plan, roadmaps and targets for GP in support of business objectives.Liaise, develop and lead channel marketing efforts in cooperation with the rest of Regional and Local Marketing and Clinical teams.Manage a range of professional marketing-oriented projects (KOL management, market research, marketing assets development, digital and traditional marketing communications, category building initiatives etc.).Lead analysis of reports tracking the growth of the business (including forecasting of forthcoming business trends); post-sales duties (researching status of customer orders, providing information on possible product problems, forecasting for designated product lines).Analyze business to understand trends and drive recommendations to improve execution of strategic plans for GP channel.Drive analysis of reports tracking the growth of the channel, providing insights towards reviews that include Investor Reports and leadership business reviews.Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence and incorporate into commercialization and product management plans.Develop strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. Develop key relationships with thought-leaders and relevant key opinion leaders in the region.Uncover unmet needs and identify future business needs/gaps and recommend improvements to meet APAC growth ambitions.Commercialize our treatment planning service, manage/work to optimize ongoing service offerings.Analyze and drive adoption of treatment planning service.In this role, you'll need …
Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.A minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required. Experience in a commercial capacity, i.e., sales, marketing, business development or general management is an advantage.Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence principles is required.Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) preferred.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are preferred.Excellent influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships required.This position may require up to 50% travel.Sound like a good fit?
