The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Associate Director of Pipeline Management to join our team in the APAC region with the role to be based in Sydney or in Singapore.
This APAC role, with a specific focus on Australia, New Zealand and Korea will lead pipeline selection, execution, and expansion from selection to post launch for both in-house and in licensing products. Working collaboratively with in country marketing teams, APAC business development and global stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to drive strategy development and launch excellence in line with Teva strategy.
How you'll spend your day Lead the pipeline management process for the APAC region, including product identification, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle management. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the product pipeline and ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and commercial operations, to drive pipeline initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess competitive landscape. Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform pipeline strategy and decision-making. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including global and regional leadership, to ensure effective communication and alignment on pipeline priorities. Prepare and present pipeline updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management. Oversee the development and execution of launch plans for new products in the region. Your experience and qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, Science or Similar, MBA and advantage. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline management, product development, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the APAC region. Proven track record of successfully managing product pipelines and driving strategic initiatives. Experience in portfolio, Marketing and business development and knowledge in pipeline development value chain. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
