As the Associate Director, you'll play a critical role in guiding our premium strata clients and talented team. Working directly with Luke Downie, Head of Strata and Business Development, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each property and each client while driving forward the standards of excellence that Realmark is known for.
What to Know In this role, you'll oversee a small portfolio of premium buildings, acting as the trusted advisor for owners' corporations and council members. Your day-to-day will include managing budgets, conducting onsite visits, organising and leading AGMs, handling compliance matters, and more.
Beyond property management, you'll also lead the division's operational functions. This includes preparing management agreements, overseeing compliance and technical administration, managing the team's technology and performance, and spearheading recruitment efforts.
This is a role for a true leader - someone who can provide strategic direction, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service. Your knowledge of the Strata Titles Act, property insurance, financial budgeting, and software like MRI's Strata Master will be crucial to your success.
With at least three years in strata trust management and one year in a supervisory role, you're well-versed in the nuances of strata operations. You're a natural leader with a knack for process improvement, people management, and delivering exceptional client care.
