The Opportunity: We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Directorto join our Economics & Property (E&P) Team inPerth, Western Australia. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the ongoing profitable growth and development of our E&P offering across residential, retail, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors, both locally and nationally.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client work, nurturing client relationships and identifying new work opportunities. Additionally, you'll support staff growth and development through on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
In this role, you will: Assist with forecasting, project budgeting, and financial management, demonstrating your expertise in these areas.Apply your knowledge of market research, economic and land use principles to a variety of projects.Generate sustained and profitable business performance, through the maintenance of, and building upon, existing and potential client relationships and professional networks, across a range of industry sectors.Provide technical and management support to the E&P team, ensuring that all projects are commercially viable.Achieve revenue targets through your service delivery and project management skills.Support a high-performance culture and grow our next generation of consultants, nurturing, and developing individual staff members through effective coaching and mentoring.Keep abreast of market and policy developments and industry trends affecting the business, and devising strategies to respond; andBuild relationships and identify opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and business units across the broader firm on cross-disciplinary projects.About You: You hold tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Town/Urban or Regional Planning, Business/Finance, or a related discipline.You have proven experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment within the property industryYou possess advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use advanced analytical techniques such as Power Pivot Tables & Charts, DAX, or Index/Match functions.Why Urbis?
