Associate Director/ Director, Account DevelopmentWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Associate Director/Director, Account Development to join our team at NIQ/GFK, a global measurement and data analytics company.

Responsibilities:Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction targets while meeting business development objectives.Maintain strong relationships with current clients by offering new services and solutions tailored to their needs.Develop strategic plans to expand product offerings and services within existing client bases.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth from new clients.Promote company exposure through industry associations, webinars, and seminars.Collaborate with regional teams to develop short-term strategies and business plans for Business Unit growth.Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets.Evaluate local business strategies to ensure alignment with regional directions and implementation of appropriate actions to achieve financial objectives.Organizational Management and Development:Participate in leadership development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.Support cross-functional initiatives and foster inter-departmental communication and teamwork.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.At least 5 years of experience in FMCG (retailer/marketing/sales) or research-related industries.Strong commercial acumen with significant B2B sales experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent analytical skills.Excellent client management and negotiation skills.Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.What We Offer:Flexible working environment.Volunteer time off.About NIQ NIQ is a leading provider of consumer intelligence, delivering unparalleled insights into consumer buying behavior.
