Associate Director Corporate Finance Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Brisbane, AustraliaKey Responsibilities:Focus on structuring, analysing, preparing credit submissions and modelling complex financing opportunities as part of a dedicated front office origination team.Take ownership of transaction execution including deal structuring and process management.Support MCG network to identify and originate event driven finance transactions from within MCG client base.Use project management skills to support the delivery and execution of transactions within specified time frames.Take responsibility for documentation negotiations.Prepare pitch packs, research and present to clients as well as attend to internal compliance requirements required to be a success in your role.

Qualifications:Highly developed research, analytical and financial modelling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to present/speak to clients.Previous experience in a Corporate Finance, Banking or financial analysis role in a front office origination context.Candidates with a degree in Commerce, finance or a related discipline who have had experience working in financial services will be highly regarded.
