Associate - Defendant Insurance

We are assisting a Sydney based firm looking for a talented Associate to join our growing Sensitive Claims team within their insurance practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own files and work collaboratively with the partners, receiving ongoing mentorship and support.
The firm's Health, Sensitive Claims, and Insurance team represents health providers and facilities in NSW, offering legal advice on a broad range of matters, from straightforward to highly contentious cases. Their clients include public hospitals, medical practitioners, allied health care professionals, health services, and health and aged care facilities. Key Requirements At least 5+ years' PQE;Experience in personal injuries claims work and/or sensitive claims;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to handle large volumes of documents and manage competing priorities;Desire to grow and develop with our team.If you are a plaintiff insurance lawyer interested in a move across to defendant work, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment.
