About your new team The Retail IT group of ActewAGL's Technology Division is highly customer focused, providing a broad range of Technology services to the ActewAGL Retail business.
This includes projects, business as usual (BAU) work and production support.

About your new role In this role, you will work collaboratively with other Business Analysts within the team to understand, analyse and document business requirements, scope work and document business processes (current and future state) relating to ActewAGL technology initiatives.
The Associate Business Analyst will also work with Development teams and Testers to enable the successful delivery of business requirements, while proactively looking to implement continuous improvement to the way things are done.
