This role will see you supporting them with their day to day duties, attending client meetings, engaging with clients, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the firm's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries providing superior service via phone and email
Maintain and update client records through XPLAN
Attending client meetings and managing file notes
Financial advice strategy development, including financial modelling
Creating annual review documents and strategies after speaking with clients.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders building strong working relationships
General administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role you'll meet the following
Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills, demonstrating an understanding of client needs.
Analytical approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
Intermediate MS office skills
A graduate or someone still studying looking to kickstart their career or a Client Service Officer looking to take the next step in their career (previous experience using XPLAN will be highly regarded).
