Key responsibilities Undertaking merger analysis and preparing associated submissions/applications in Australia and across the APAC region.
Advising on the competition law implications and structuring of joint ventures and other alliances.
Advising clients on all aspects of competition and consumer law matters, including cartel conduct, misuse of market power, anti-competitive arrangements, misleading and deceptive, unconscionable conduct, and other consumer protection matters.
Responding to ACCC investigations across all competition and consumer related matters.
Advising on access regimes and regulation of monopoly infrastructure.
Advising on and obtaining clearance for foreign investment.
Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
The skills and attributes we are looking for PQE 2-4 years of competition law experience in private practice or with a regulator Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal. Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple projects.
