What you'll do: As an Associate Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our client's dynamic team, working closely with Senior Advisers to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to their diverse clientele. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, fostering strong, long-term relationships through your empathetic understanding of their financial goals. Your commitment to improving internal processes will ensure an orderly client management system, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. Working within their high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced advisers while gradually taking on more responsibility over time.
Working collaboratively with new and existing clients to provide comprehensive advice Be part of an industry leading Associate program, designed to expedite your career in advice, learning skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, Branding, and all facets of advice related investment vehicles Attending client meetings alongside Senior Financial Advisers Supporting and learning from Senior Financial Advisers with the aim of transitioning clients over time Begin developing your personal brand and building your own book of clients What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Associate Advisor position has recently completed their Professional Year and is looking for their next opportunity to exponentially develop their career in advice. You bring significant experience as either a Paraplanner or Associate Adviser, hold relevant qualifications in Financial Planning and are driven by your passion for this field, looking forward to developing your career in the long term. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Proficient in computer literacy, you are comfortable using technology to enhance productivity. Your excellent stakeholder management skills allow you to build strong rapport with clients, demonstrating your commitment to their financial success.
