In this exciting role you'll provide our customers and prospects with a highly-responsive professional landing zone for inbound sales enquiries, and for converting these enquiries into sales conversations to be successfully closed. Specifically you will own:
Providing a rapid, professional customer response to all inbound leads and sales enquiriesCapturing and converting 'street business' opportunities as assigned by the regional Head of Sales.First-Level lead qualification and conversion from lead to sales conversation to opportunity.Progression through to completionRole responsibilities:Developing and maintaining a detailed (non-technical) knowledge of our products, specifications and applications in the fieldFiltering out non-sales enquiries from the inbound flow of leadsProviding indicative pricing and product information to prospects and customersDetermining the best route to "close"Maintaining our CRM to required standards of completeness, accuracy and currencyQualifications, Experience & Skills:2-3 years similar experience as an inside sales representative, SDR, or similar roleGeneral technical knowledge of electronics or electro-mechanical devices would be an advantageProven track record in contributing to multiple sales pursuitsExperience of working in a lean, rapidly-growing organisationGeneral sales skills - Qualification, Discovery, Progression, Negotiation and Closure.Strong PC literacy - Applications + Communications toolsStrong interpersonal skills with solid written and verbal communication skillsWhat are some of the benefits you will have access to?
