What are we looking for?
We are now seeking an experienced Associate (4+ PAE) to join the abuse law personal injury space in Melbourne in a newly created role.
This rare and exciting opportunity is now available for a proactive, passionate and results driven lawyer who specialises or is keen to specialise in abuse matters.
You will be working with some amazing likeminded individuals who are incredibly passionate about advocating for survivors of abuse.
Your responsibilities will include:  Managing an Abuse Law practice and carrying a file load of litigated and non-litigated matters  Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business Maintaining strong client relationships Exercising judgment and resolving problems expeditiously  Supporting junior team members  What will you bring?
Enthusiasm and a passion to help people Previous experience in Personal Injury Law, in particular, Abuse Law Superior communication and time management skills A calm and easy-going nature Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team A sensitive approach to challenging issues Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively What next?
