Assistant Venue Manager -  Casual Neighbourhood Italian Eatery
iL Molo Kitchen + Bar is located in one of Brisbane's most loved and lauded suburbs, the riverfront location in Bulimba the perfect position to create an exciting casual dining experience with a neighbourhood feel.     
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced hospitality lover to showcase their passion and skills with Italian cuisine, and help lead a team that will drive each towards creating an environment where the focus is on quality and consistency.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:-
· Minimum 2 year similar experience, as well as hands on  restaurant service experience
· Hands on management style
· The ability to work as a team player
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Exceptional leadership and motivational skills

The position is in a full time salaried capacity only and we are looking to fill this role in a long-term capacity, therefore not suitable for travellers.
