As well as being an experienced Manager with customer service as a priority, you will also need to have a head for financials and an ability to lead and develop a team. Experience in high volume food and beverage establishments, functions and events is preferred. This venue is multi-faceted and requires a Manager who can think on their feet and handle many tasks simultaneously.
