Beenleigh's favourite local pub is looking for a new Assistant Manager to join the team. With a focus on live gigs & entertainment, this is the perfect venue for someone who enjoys the music scene! With touring acts like The U2 show, The INXS tribute & Kingswood, each weekend is set to be a music lover's dream to work!
As the Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.
Responsibilities: Write and control an effective rosterAbility to stock take and investigate stock lossOrder and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department, and venue consumablesTrain, performance manage, and motivate staffWork with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office teamImplement and execute promotions throughout the business successfullyPresence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsUnderstanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisRLMV & Approved Managers LicenseWhy Choose Us?
