About the Role We're looking for an Assistant Underwriter to join our energetic Sydney Underwriting team on a 12-month contract.
This role will assist with the day-to-day underwriting processes of our SME portfolio.
This role will see responsibility for: Servicing a renewal portfolio of accounts for Financial Lines and Accident & Health classes of insuranceReviewing new business referrals through the DUAL Web Rater (client platform)Developing and maintaining broker (client) relationshipsResponding to general broker queries for SME businessAbout You As a strong communicator with a passion for customer service, you will be confident in providing quality service to DUAL's clients in a timely manner.
With a background in insurance or administration or a proven track record of great customer service along with a great telephone manner, you will also demonstrate a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
