Assistant To Manager / Floor Manager

An opportunity arises for an assistant to manager / café floor manager for a busy organisation located in the heart of Campbelltown. This position may lead to full time employment after the completion of probation.
Experience is a must. MUST HAVES:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality industry.
Flexible schedule including day, night and weekend work.
Ambition and positive work ethic including punctual and trustworthy.
Consideration of long-term commitment.
Coffee / barista training a must.
Stock management and reviews.
Leadership.
This job role includes opening and closing of café, assess job requirements and safety, RSA training and current police clearance and a point of contact for customer communications and relations.
